Repairing Armor Help

Hello,

I have 2 questions on repairing weapons and armor.

1) What tool must be used to repair leather armor? Is this a blacksmith skill?

2) Does an item always lose one durability point when repaired?

Leather armor is Tailoring.

Not always, it depends on your skill and a general chance. I'm 120 tailoring and it still loses durability. No worries though because you can always use powder of fortification on it.
