So what does this mean - will the rent for house have to be paid with ingame currency or with a kind of subscription fees?

I don't think that the tax/maintenance/rent fees on ingame houses have been divulged as of yet. I'm ASSUMING right now that it would be ingame expense be it gold or some combination of ingame material (gold + resources).
