Relic

My paladin snagged a relic, the "Idol of Brutality," from Strat. I have a slot for relics, my level is high enough, yet it says I lack the knowledge to equip it. I could find nothng on relics in the WoW on-line knowledge base. Is there a special trainer somewhere?

Doubt increasing the damage dealt by maul and swipe would help you much
