to make a soulforge you need one but only requires 75 imbuing skill. question is how do you get a relic frag when I can not unravel relic frag quality items?

with RoT on Siege, I reckon we better hope for a lot of luck at the fountain, it's going to be a while before anyone gets fragments by unravelling.

I can confirm it is 95.1. It didn't work at 95 but well at 95.1.
