This was the easiest hat quest since I started in R12 and the first release where I got the tour guide hat before viewing a how-to video. I watched the video anyway, because I just enjoy the Envyco videos

I can't seem to get through the two choke points. I wish Envy would do some 'choke point' videos (hint, hint).

I tried again last night and survived! On Eastreach I was lucky enough to follow a couple of folks through. And at the other one I just followed your instructions, ran like hell, crossed the lake, and up the hill. I got my hat . Thanks so much for your help!

By the way, I'm an American living in Norway and I'm looking for a gentle (adult, minimal PVP) guild in my general time zone. Are you (or anyone else) aware of any such guild--preferably English speaking--that might be recruiting?

In terms of guilds, mine (Disciples of Damnation) is more PvP:

However, we do have a sister guild called Shadows of the Realm that is run by @Ariella that is more PVE.

We all share the same teamspeak and member range from all over the place with growing numbers coming from Europe. The guild's aren't overly active at the moment because most players are waiting for the game wipes to stop (July).

Thank you Ariella, that sounds great, I'll look for you this weekend. I built a female avatar this build (Alexandra Cornfellow), and a first time archer leaning towards tanning and tailoring. So far I'm really enjoying R26.
