Reforging Mage PvP armor

Returning to game and trying to get an idea of what type of armor I will be looking at with reforging? Will I be seeing suits with 3 HPR on certain pieces and 25 LRC?

Sorry I'm unclear on the purpose of reforging. It basically adds certain mods to pieces and then you can imbue those pieces with higher intensity than normal?

reforging can give you items with over cap mods, mods you dont normally find on items (except on shame/wrong loot). but perhaps the best use of reforging is using a mid level runic to make items you can then imbue. Examples, using a horned runic sewing kit and selecting Powerful Reforging and the 4 artifice options, then selecting the Aegis name category, You can create armor with around 4 DCI on it. What I like to do is use those options and also the Of Defense name category to get DCI and usually one higher resist, leaving the piece with room to imbue 3 more mods onto it. So imbuing wont add higher intensity, you reforge for the mods over intensity or uncommon mods then imbue what ever you need. hope that helps.
