reforging help

hello, ive seen these weaps b4 in game and i would love to know how to make it with reforging, it was a 2 handed axe and was 100% poison with the 100 life leech, ive seen others aswell.

plz what hammer do i use and what options and powerful or not, i want the 100 leech with the 100 elemental damage, ty guys.

I would think it would be a gold hammer for 2 names. You might be able to get it with a bronze hammer, but you would have to only pick 1 name and pray to the random number generator that you land 100% Life leech and then 100% Poison damage on the random roll. Whenever you see something that you want to recreate, always right down the names in the first line of the item.

On some elements (fire and cold) you can try for 100% leech and 80% element, then enhance for the other elemental damage
