Just curious I remember being able to reforge 100% elemental bows about two years ago very easily with an ash runic. On TC I went through 200 charges on an ash runic and never got 100%. Best I got was 70% bows. Has the been changed over the past two years updates or am I just that unlucky. Powerful exquisite with ash runic and nada...
