Reforging and Resists Question

Looking for any tips on making suits with higher resists after reforging. I know I can use Fortified/Defense name and get a boost but is there a way to get them higher on average without needing to invest a lot of weight into their increase?

If you use a bigger runic, and pick 2 titles, you'll pretty commonly get some misc resists too I believe.

not a lot of improvements to be made in the runic sewing kit department though. I guess I can take it up to horned. Trying to make a 211 stamina set and keep the resists up. Made one but my poison resist didn't turn out exactly right.
