[Tailoring] Reforge to get 25% LRC

What do I need to do to reforge a leather item so it has 25% LRC?

I looked though my bag of parts and found one I made before but it also has MR2 which I don't really need. Plain 25% LRC would be great.

I'm new to this whole re-forging business, but from the few bits I've made I can totally see the potential now.

That's most handy. Is there any data from horned and barbed kits does anyone know?
I could only see spined on there, or maybe horned and barbed are the same as oak or ash maybe or something similar?
