Does Reflect Physical still flag you the aggressor when you're attacked by another player? If so, is it something they plan to fix?

Yes it does but not everytime tho. And they havent mentioned anything about fixing this issue. Give the DEVs sometime they will get on it, it's only been around 7 years since AoS, there's no hurry.
Wish they would just remove this property from the game. Seems like every single piece of armor i craft, gets this crappy property, making decent pieces useless.
