I understand the case of the Reinforced type of Refinements (Increase max individual resist while lowering max defense chance increase by one): A sampire that keeps counter attack on would not want DCI higher than 20-25% and would have good benefit from 75/75/75/80.
But what are the use case for Deflecting (Decrease max individual resist while increasing max defense chance increase) like lowering the resists to 65/65/65/65 and gain DCI?
What template is this beneficial for? Is it to hunt specific stuff or for PVP?
