Toka and her team practice and elevate an age-old craft. We personally custom butcher all our meats, dry-age our beef, smoke our pork, and prepare our chickens. We also deal in specially meats. By the time a piece of meat, poultry or game reaches the front of our store, it has been crafted to shine. Our staff will spend the time to help you select the cut and preparation that’s best for you.

Your menu looks delectable! And I shall definitely be shopping there in the near future. The question I pose here is for the "Vegetarian" community. Do you have other options for the non meat lover's where they might shop if they should be so inclined. Just a thought!

At this present time we do not any have any Vegetarian options. We are conducting soil sample tests at a location south of Red's Butcher Shop, where we will be growing vegetables. From there our chefs will explore and create Vegetation meats. Look for news within the coming days.
