(Question) Red Book In Castle Blackthorn

In light of all the stuff going on in Blackthorns castle I stopped by his grave in felucca.
In his library I noticed a red book that speaks of a raven haired woman. Who's name is in the stars, who will murder her parents. Anyone know the origins of this book?

That book was from one of Bennu's oracle quests in June of last year. It's talking about Bellatrix Adhara, aka Charlotte Amandine, Danica's sister.
