the book title is "No One Never Not"

In said its made by Bellatrix Adhara on the following pages its like a math question.

Well, after the mini-event last night the first thing EM Bennu said at the meeting afterwards was "These books are not meant to be Rares". The books do not stop after the pages are complete like most event books etc. However the hue MAY not be able to be duplicated. I have not tried to duplicate the color. However, I will give you 10m for it. Not for a rare value, just because I enjoy the story line and want the memento.

LOL..... I spent several hrs last night trying to figure it out. Bennu said the title is a clue to solving it but I'm still stumped

It's not math. It's numbers representing letters.
