[Carpentry] Reclaim bark fragment wish

I go through a ton of bark fragments using techniques of getting low resists in some resist categories and higher in others. This technique works great for leather, ingots, cloth, but for carpentry there is no reclaim resources.

I don't care about the wood because I have so much wood I will never consume it all, but lumberjacking for bark fragments is a long process. I would like to get some bark fragments back on pieces made that don't meet my suit needs.

Carpentry in general needs a way to recycle and reclaim some of its materials, not just bark fragments.
