Recall mana cost

My toon is a gargoyle with 40 lmc. I just noticed that when using a runebook, spell option for recall about one time in 4 recalls, the mana cost is 43. Is this happening to anyone else? If not, then does anyone know what could cause this?

I am using the EC. The toon has 115 magery.

Sounds like you're crossing a server line, and any mana/int bonuses are readjusting.

Funny I never noticed it before. I have a 43 mana increase on my armor. I lose all 43 when recalling and when entering some areas. For example, walking through the entrance to the Tomb of Kings drops 43 mana for me every time I go through.

Sheesh... I must be dumber than I thought. Guess everyone was right after all.

You really don't notice it unless you have a lot of stat-increase mods in your suit.
