[Inscription] Real vs Modified Magery for Inscription

I'm reworking some of my characters and would like to move my inscription over to my crafter. Based on his template, I can only get 80 real magery on him. With 80, I can get to 115 via items (ring, brace, spellbook). I have a 115 magery PS scroll ready to use. So here is my question...

Will I have the same chance of super slayer spellbooks or mulit-mod spellbooks with 115 modified magery skill (80 real) as a character with 115 real magery?

That's a good question. I would assume so since everything else in crafting is based off modified skill.

I use jewels to modify and it works same as real as far as I can tell.
