The clilocs for weapon specials and masteries should read:
"you need 70/90 weapon and tactics REAL skill to perform that attack"
"you need at least 90 REAL skill to use that mastery"

I don't really understand why some skills require real skill over non real skill, for example, it's a little silly that i can still perform dismount/mortal whilst in stat loss.
Can you name any other things that require real skill?
