im definitely not suggesting they be "tested" to see if they transfer, but i know some house deeds do not turn into placement tools while transfered or in bank box. Its interesting that these are blessed, as house deeds were not originally blessed. Im wondering if they have already "converted" to gain the blessed title. I had a "deed to a large smithy" that never turned into a tool despite being transferred / left in bank box.

I found a house deed in an idoc on Izumo during rares Fest, I was able to log in and out without problem and even transferred it to Chesapeake, so might be something people want to test on TC1 or something with theirs

Thank you for the trade, and well I tested it, logged out at the inn with all 4 deeds in my bag, and well, none changed to tools, so all 4 will be getting transferred coming days!

They may have fixed the problem with the old deeds so they will not turn into placement tools. After reading this post I checked my house deeds and thier all blessed, perhaps they have always been this way. Also I noticed they are facing in the other direction from the mini house deeds, if any one has some old pics of these perhaps they can check and see if they have changed. I found one of the original deeds the other day and never knew I had it but with them facing in the other direction there easier to spot.
