Reactivating accounts

you try an use a time card on there web site an it just loops back .. i tried to call maxis an get help an once again nothing... they tell me they cant help so like does parzid or Lee wanna im me on yahoo an help me reactivate my accounts or do i go free player an stop playing..

They have a better chance of seeing your problem if you e-mail them. The address is in my siggy.

I don't know if they support the time card any longer. Don't quote me on that. But that may be the case. If it is a time card you are trying to use, there are other simple options.

I had that same problem about a month back.. I sent a stratics PM to Parizad and she helped me out that same day.

Yes, I know Parizad was entering them manually when people e-mailed her the codes....you might try PMing her through the forums (Parizad@EA) and find out if she wants you to send the code to the dev e-mail or if she has another one that doesnt get the volume of mail that one does so that it has a better chance of not getting lost in the shuffle.....or she might just tell you to send the code through a PM here.....I dunno but I'd start with a PM to her through the forums to ask.

I reported this problem to EA either just before or after Christmas - they replied saying that they can't replicate the problem their end (basically so they cant do anything about it).

I mailed Parizad via stratics and she put my code on for me.

The Game Time Code site doesn't work in Firefox, it just keeps running in an infinite loop.

Use Internet Explorer when on the Game Time Code site.

Also, I think you need JavaScript and Scripts enabled for the site to function properly.

I called EA customer serivice and was amazed that someone was able to help me attach the time cards to the accounts.
