Reaching Broadsword

Friend is trying to reach Broadsword to activate account.
He cant remember main join account password , and when he trys to reset it , just gets error response.
EA site is a nightmare to do anything.
He has tried there help site , only to be redirected back to timbucktwo.
Is there any phone number to reach EA Mythic to resub?

Well there is your problem, Timbuktu is completely the wrong place to get redirected. If you want help you need to be redirected to BFE.

Sadly this has been like this for quite some time now. A friend of mine recently (last month) had the same problem. He managed to get a new password by going onto the EA website and having a "live chat" with the support people who were able to reset it. If not use the email address posted above.

OK thank you, will pass this information on to him and see what happens.
Just hope Broadsword can get payments for UO themselves and leave EA totally behind.
