Re-Spawn rates of resources

I couldn't seem to find the answer anywhere, but I know someone here will have an answer for me.

How long after mining an ore vein clean, or cutting all wood possible from a tree does it take before they re-spawn? And does it suddenly go back to the max amount of resources to be gathered, or is it a gradual buildup over a period of time?

I timed it. Wood is 7 minites, and it goes back to full resources.

I know Ore veins also respawn at max, it is not gradual, and Ore is between 10 and 15 min, closer to 10 min I believe, I never sat with a stop watch.

Thru observation though, the re-spawn can be misleading. I do not believe it resets the Ore vein from the time it is mined out, instead Ore veins are on a cycle, something like every 15 min the veins are reset, kind of like how the vanguards are spawning now, or Mellissa.

I may be wrong about the above, but I bet Barasa has timed it, lol.
