I play in 1920X1080. Also, is there a way to resize the font of the chat bar (Not the chat window), the Skill tracker window, the fonts on the map and, item properties windows ? I have switched to 4K ( cause I had issues when alt-tabbing) but now, those 4 elements are way too smale and dont respond to toglle scaling mode ( with the mouse wheel)

about the font, there is no way to change them, but you can always try the UI scale from the user settings and see what happens

The UI scale is on the user settings, never edit the profile manually or you may end up damaging it
