The vet reward...is it in token form so it can be transfered to another account?

Sorry, but no... once you claim the veteran reward, the soulstone is immediately bound to your account.

Actually, pretty much all the reasons why they were made in stone form in the first place are moot now that they sell soulstone tokens.
