re: new bard suit from clean up

just tried it out, full suit worn

first without suit dragon slayer harp/discord 120's across the board against a white wyrm= 83 dmg
same as above but with full suit on= 83 dmg

no sdi on my suit at all
doesnt seem like its working

you have 1 minute to use it (which hardly seems effective)
cool down is 15 minutes if you have full suit on/30 if your wearing any amount of pc's but the full suit
also noticed i could put one pc on,take off and put full suit on and this "tricked" the timer to refresh.
and once you put a pc on it gets the blue tag (imbued).

It's not exactly clear what it means by mastery bonus.
Masteries give a bonus of something like 10 to the success check for that skill.
Masteries give a bonus -2 second skill reuse to the mastery's skill, and -1 to the others.
Spellsong effects could be considered a "mastery bonus"
Bard skills over 100 give a bonus to mastery effects.

I'm betting it's for the skill check.
I was excited about there being a bard suit. Now I'm not.
