Re-forging caps and budgets

I burned around 25 horned kits to make max luck parts with casting mods. At some point I realized most desired 2nd mod as mana regen over normal cap.

Best parts I got are:
4x set with 150 luck 3 MR each
one item 120 luck 4 MR (lost on enhance)
no other mods.

So question is: is it possible to make 150 luck 4 MR item using HRSK?

PS: I successfully enhanced 5 items 130 to 170 luck not using 100% tool.

I don't know the answer you your question, but what settings do you use to make the luck items? Thanks in advance :)

120 tailor/imbue
HRSK
last 4 options selected for specific names
1st name - something/of fortune
2nd name - arcane/of wizardry
