Re-Deed a Home Real Estate

I would like to sell my home to the Real Estate in Vesper. I would just like the money back for the home and clear the land area where my house is situated.

How do I re-deed my home in order to appraise the deed for sale?

you don't. Houses do not come as deeds anymore. Demolishing your home should (I think) return the value of it to your bank account

I can see the option to demolish the house, but its greyed out. Do I need to remove every item from it ?

yes, if you're going to demolish it. Your items will be left on the ground otherwise for anyone passing to pick up.

Also check whether there is anything in the moving crate.

No I am not worried about the items being left on the ground.

I have already moved my precious objects into the bank.

But the demolish option is greyed out.

oki, there are a number of things that can do that.
First to check is the moving crate. On your house sign choose the option 'relocate moving crate'. You'll find it on the 'customise' page.
This should give you a yellow crate by your feet. Empty it.
