All Cadets and Members of the Royal Forces are to attend... An honorary commencement ceremony that will take place on Sunday, June 20th at 7:30PM EST in the throne room of Castle British where the promotion will be rendered official.
So you are introduced and welcome our new Royal Commander... Captain Olivia Kanlocke.
Ceremonial armor must be shining and your dragon mounts better not drop anything smelly during the ceremony... I suggest taking them for a long, hard ride after their meal time.
