What is the name of the item that is like the Crimson, but a different article of clothing?

I heard there was an item with identical stats to the crimson, but it was a different article of clothing. Obi Di Ense is like +5or+10 focus isn't it?

Fugen is correct then its the Butcher of Jhelom, it has the same mods as a crimson, but is a full apron. It can also be worn at the same time as a crimson.

To my knowledge its currently located on Great Lakes and has never been sold the the player who recieved it, that may have changed though.
