INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS
I'm glad you asked! There will be a 10 minute cool down period starting with the last bid placed on items during the last 10 minutes, this means the cool down period begins 10 minutes prior to auction ending. Players can choose to continue bidding past the end of auction on any item, but only items that received bids during the last 10 minute period, and continue to receive bids within 10 minute period will be counted. Bidding will continue until no more bids have been received for a full 10 minutes. Anyone can bid during this cool down period, even players who have not previously bid on the item.
Minimum bids?
In order to prevent long, drawn out bidding wars the minimum bid for bids under 1 plat is 1 million gold and for bids equal to or greater than 1 plat the minimum bid is 10 million. Furthermore, to keep the staff sane, please keep bids to bids to even, whole integer values. This means no fractions, no decimals, or 100k increments. Bids that are not integer million values may be voided.
Staff Judgment
If there are any disputes with active bidding please contact a staff member as soon as possible. If an item has finished bidding and there are disputes regarding bidding the staff will make a final decision on the outcome.
How to get Verified
If the staff does not recognize your bid, we will attempt to contact you for a background check to verify you are a legitimate bidder and not a troll bidder. If we decide you are trolling, we will ban you from the auction houses through the bulletin boards. If you are not trolling, you will need someone we know to vouch for you.
How to Receive Winnings
Gold will only be accepted on Atlantic. Buyers must pay for winnings within 3 days.
Bid Early and Bid Often
Due to discrepancies with in-game and real time it is highly suggested that you do not wait until the last second to place your bid.

- All submissions must be submitted by the deadline. No exceptions. Please see the timeline above.
- Items that are currently obtainable or better off placed on vendors will not be accepted.
- Multiple items may be included in one 'lot' for bidding. This can include several vendor value items that combine to make a lot of items worth more than a vendor price (175m).
- We might make our own minor exceptions at our own discretion.

- In the event we are given two or more of the same items the one with lower buyout and/or reserve will be displayed for auction first.
- In the event that there are more submissions than lots available in the auction houses, sellers with fewer submissions may receive priority.
- Once the houses have opened to the public item submissions will be bound to the sales terms outlined in the corresponding book and are at the will of the auction process.
The book MUST contain any of the following applicable forms of identification:
- Your prominent in-game name
- Stratics Name
- UO Forums Name
- ICQ Number
The book MUST also contain:
- The name of the item.
- Optional reserve. If no reserve is set the highest bid will win.
- Optional buyout. A fair and tempting buyout is recommended.
- Optional title, see below.
**NEW** The books will not be open to the public and only title of the book will be visible to buyers. You may use this space to display any pertinent information of the item. I recommend at least having the season, server and quantity, for example: S14 Atlantic 1/30 but you may also include your name, ICQ, or anything else you think will help or attract potential bidders.

Sellers will be paid as time permits after payment has been received for the item(s). If multiple items have been sold please expect a longer wait to get paid. Please have patience with the staff. There is no fee for selling items at the Rares Jubilee silent auction houses.
