The Rares Festival Posts that were Sticked earlier have been unstuck. The reasoning for this is that we want to keep the Top section reserved for Technical information, Long Term Forum Policy and Announcements (As you can see this isn't even stickied being Short Term). What I've done is added a "Rares Fest" Pre-Fix that can be used for any new posts, now and in the future to allow you all to easily filter content related only to the Rares Festival.
