We will allow placement of vendors beginning Sunday afternoon, 1pm pst/4pm est.

Monday Jan 25th - Offical Opening Ceremonies 6pm pst/9pm est
Tour of Homes 7pm est/10pm est

Tuesday Jan 26th - R3 Sponsored Harbringer Chain 6pm pst/9pm est
R3 Sponsored Darts 6pm pst/9pm est

Wednesday Jan 27th - RAW Sponsored Taming Challenge 6pm pst/9pm est

Thursday Jan 28th - R3 Sponsored Net Toss 8pm pst/11pm est * adjusted time to allow for em event

Friday Jan 29th - Scavenger Hunt 6pm pst/9pm est

Saturday Jan 30th - R3 Sponsored Trivia Contest 1pm pst/4pm est
SAGE Sponsored Orienteering Event 6pm pst/9pm est

Sunday Jan 31st - Live Ingame Auction 1pm pst/4pm est

Just a small suggestion as to the times of these activities... since most people that will be attending rarefest also tend to do events on most shards I would schedule the activities to not conflict with events. Currently the Tuesday Harbinger chain is conflicted with the Tuesday Great Lakes event, the Saturday Orienteering Event conflicts with another Great Lakes event, and the Sunday Closing Ceremonies conflict with an LA event. Not saying you have to change them, since they don't conflict with any Pacific events (since I imagine people will leave the net toss on Thursday after an hour to attend the Pac EM event), but myself personally, as much as I enjoy Rarefest and it's activities, I would find it hard to pass up the EM events in favor of the Rarefest ones.

@Restless, problem is, it's pretty well impossible to schedule without conflicting with some shard

The Traders' House auction is scheduled to end:

• First floor: Ends Sunday Jan 31st at 11:15 pm eastern
• Second floor: Ends Sunday Jan 31st at 11:30 pm eastern
• Third floor: Ends Sunday Jan 31st at 11:45 pm eastern
• Fourth floor: Ends Sunday Jan 31st at 12:00 pm eastern

Auction boxes:

• • First round will run 3 days and end at varying times on Thursday Jan 28.
  • Second round will run 3 days and end at varying times on Sunday Jan 31.
  • Further 1-hour auctions may run in the evening of Jan 31.
