MOA Auction (Special Rares fest Fee Free Auction)
Auction is going to be Sat Jan 9 5:00 PM (CST) - 6:30 PM (CST)
House teleporter tile at the Rares fest site to moa is now open as well

--how to submit
Item Submission
When submitting your item, make sure that the person you are submitting to has the MOA flag above their head and is standing behind the counter at the MOA auction house. No MOA member will ever accept any item at any other location. If you are unsure of the identity of the MOA member you are dealing with, you may check their name against this staff contact list or contact another MOA member to be sure. It is better to be safe than sorry.

Preparing your item to submit (please have this complete before you submit)
place your item in a bag with a book in the book you need
on title your name By your contact (icq preferred, but email if you dont have icq or aim)
then on page one Title of item a brief description / history and a starting bid
EXAMPLE BOOK (FAKE ITEM HUMOR ONLY)
Finally, please do not attempt to submit items or collect fees right before, during, or immediately after an auction as it causes too much confusion for the staff as they are preparing for, conducting, or attempting to conclude an auction. While from your perspective, an auction worker may not look busy, they are frantically working to track items in databases, update lists, and communicate with other auction workers. While it may look easy, a tremendous amount of time and effort is spent behind the scenes to bring you thee exciting auctions with great items!!! So please be considerate of the staff during these times.
-- After auction give the staff time to clean everything up document numbers before collecting.
