that one looks sorta blazed last one i saw for sale sold for about 60mil at rares fest

Yes but it was the Rares fest and was on Atlantic. Prices don't follow the norm there. Plus it was relatively new so its got that "hype" thing going. I doubt anyone will pay that now.
