can u train them up to what they were before u tamed them? how much skill point do they lose after tame? 10 %? i heard if they were 120 before tame u can train them to 120 aGAIN

You can train them up to 90% of what their pretame skill was. If it had 120 wrestle you you could train it up to 108.

tamed one had 119.5 after tam it was 80.5 that normal?

Yes, they take a huge skill loss when tamed (35% I think). But they can be trained back up to 90% of their pretame skill. So yours should be able to train to 107.6 wrestle.
