A horse quickly galloped along the dirt path leading up to the ranger camp. The ranger scout dismounted his Palomino horse and tied it loosely to a tree. He approached the large group sitting around the campfire. The scout yelled cheerfully breaking the camps silence, "It is done! Ophelia has been selected by the people of Skara Brae to be their governor! King Blackthorn has sent word of tentatively excepting the citizens of Skara Brae's nominated governor upon review at his next King's Council meeting."
Ophelia stepped from the darkness just outside the ring of the campfires glow. The flickering flames illuminating her cloak and armor. The camp cheered as Ophelia appeared. She raised her bow in salute to the others and began to speak. "My fellow Rangers! Today is the day we have been waiting. No longer do we sit in the shadows watching as lazy governing nobles allow Skara Brae to sink into obscurity. Today we take back our beloved Skara Brae. Now begins our task of restoring Skara Brae as a leader in the Kingdom of Britannia! Let us celebrate our victory with the citizens of Skara Brae! Send a messenger to announce celebrations!

You are invited to a victory celebration in Skara Brae! Come meet, Ranger Ophelia, the newly elected Governor of Skara Brae! Ophelia will be hosting an Archery Tournament with prizes. The celebration will be held at the Huntmaster's Rangers Guild Building. Take the ferry from Skara Brae across to the mainland. Take the dirt road from the ferry docks and head north. The events start at dusk .
