Ranged template question

I havent played a ranged char in a long while. I think the last time was around the ML xpac and the char was designed to be a ranged damage in a party vs mel so he wasnt exactly a complete template but for now Im looking at going:

120 archery/throwing
100 tact
100 resist
100 bushido
99 necro
65 chive

that leaves quite a few points left and so far ive been thinking maybe go 3-4/6 FC/FCR add in spirit speak and 105 chive and hopping back and forth between wraith and vamp depending on the situation and unfurl the holy light.

simply 120 most skills and add in anatomy?

I have been reading about players adding in myst and saying it works well on a warrior type char and I just dont understand it.

As far as items and weps i have a leg imbuer so anything possible and working out the FC/FCR seems a tough option without a shield.

I know I read about swordsmanship and parry with throwing. I Dont plan on hunting paragons or any fast mobs/players with this template so swords doesn't have its place but having parry not so much for defense but to reduce the hci penalty and add in the extra mods on the suit sounds sweet. But being a garg means low arti mods and no swampy....

I want an arti hunter/ranger

Just to note I have a sampire already for melee but instead of parry and dci buffs I went with taming(skill bonus maxed) and he works well I just want a ranger to play with.
