raising Throwing

For some reason my throwing is not increasing.
I am using a boomerang and yes throwing is marked up.
Anatomy is increasing but nothing else so I am confused.

What are you training on?

Throwing depends on your target's skills, anatomy does not. Go find a guide on how to raise another weapon skill, then use it to train throwing.

Im a gargoyle and skill level is 30.
Tried rats and toxic sliths so far.

go do the quest to get the cystal ball of knowlage from the mystic in holy city turn it on and it will tell you what targets are best for your skill level
