Raising Pentagrams?

I have seen a pic or two of what appears to be a raised pentagram. It looks like the closest thing we have to something representing a round table. Can anyone tell me how to do this or even if it is still possible?

I actually made a round table using an abbatoir.

Place 9 goza mats in a 3 x 3 square, place a small table on the center east and center south goza, raise all gozas 8 times (I think!), target the center one to place the abbatoir/pentagrame. Chop all those you can see around the edges. Dismount and remount, or log out/log in to bring the center goza to the top, chop that.
