Its not from haven, its from heartwood or the prism of light...

This quest is given out by Lohn and Olla the Metal Weavers of Heartwood

This quest is given out by Unoelil the Bark Weaver and Anolly the Bark Weaver of Heartwood.

And the name for prism of light is Tor the Iron Worker

Nope, I meant Prism of light.

Tor the iron worker is in the healers part (where you can get a level 6 focus) He offers 3 quests for smithy craftsman satchels.

Yea to be honest, Its obtain 10 crystal fragments(blessed and fall on every monster down there). 6 Icy hearts(rarely spawn on the Serpents(almost 1hit kills with corpse reptile slayer FS) and gta move the hydras away). Obtain 5 Protectors essences, fairly easy to get on a sampire with undead slayer tali.
