2. Why does someone wants to sell his Accounts, for Gold when he leaves UO?

3. And why does someone wants to keep Gold when he left UO and has no Accounts?

I believe the OP stated that they are selling all accounts but one. Is it illegal to sell accounts on Stratics or just to sell accounts in general?

It's not illegal to sell accounts for gold, this isn't WoW.

Game Account Sales and Trades

Account sales and trades will only be allowed with one stipulation. Users must clearly state that they are ONLY seeking In-Game Gold or In-Game Items for trade.

Those that do not will be seen as skirting around our Rule against the trades for Real Life Money.

Account sales are allowed to be posted on Stratics as long as the rules are followed. If on the other hand the OP did something like someone else had done and mention they were selling all their accounts and then later would sell the gold then the post would have been removed. But this OP did it the correct way.

Correct and it is advisable to use the service (if you can get it to work). There was a rash of people that posted several months ago about how they purchased an account then a year later the original owner called EA and gave them the original credit card number on the account to "prove" the account was theirs and ended up loosing the account.

It might help if the OP stated what skills were on the chars and what shard these chars are located.
