Quitting Faction Question

one of my characters is a guild leader. I want her to resign from her guild faction. She hae gone to the faction stone and clicked her little heart out and cant get anything to come up.
Can anyone tell me what she is doing wrong?

You have to go to the actual faction stone, not the one you used to join, but the one inside the base.

Also note that if you take the Guild Leader out of the faction, doing so will remove the entire guild from the faction. There is also a waiting period of three days.
