My guess is that the listing of the golden compass is an error. The compass is in the Green Goblin area and used to get to one of the underworld puzzles.
I thought about that too Tazar but the user who added the golden compass to the list also added some other info about the rewards which are true. So I thought maybe I should wait a while since we havent seen any moonstone jewelry for a long time too. However, none reported so far and searching for golden compass only yields an event item in Great Lakes. I'll remove that from the list until one is reported in the forums.
