[Gardening] Quick Question on re-deeding raised garden beds.

trying to re-customise house, and of course I cant unless my raised garden beds are in deed form.
Problem is - Im very new to gardening, and dont know how to remove the plants inside it. or redeed it

Also fountains of life - if anyone has some help - it would be appreciated
