Does the 20 skill you get in Bushido from Jack of All Trades negatively affect your parry chance with a shield?

If anyone has a link to a discussion involving this, can you please share it?

NO....but no there is no link that I am aware of. But when JoaT came out the dev's claimed that there would be no negative effects from this magical 20 skill pts.
