Quick Noob Question On Warhorses

I'm getting back into factions and have a few questions. The last time I was in it my war horse was obtained thru a friend. My question is where do I obtain a minax horse and how much silver does it require? I'm assuming a faction stable guard but I'm a bit lost on this as I've never done it before. Thanks in advance =)

You can purchase a minax war horse from a town that minax owns, via vendor for 500 silver, and 3000 gold.

Just to clarify do you mean I can go to any stablemaster in that town thats owned by Minax or must i go to one of the faction vendors?
