here a few tidbits for those quest mongers.
1) for teir quests, (or even multiple quests givers) open the quest guys status bar and double click it. if its not the quest you want just keep double clicking. you dont need to refuse, he will give you new quest options. keep clicking until you get the quest you want.
2) on teir quests when you get to lvl 2. he will still offer all lvl 1 and lvl 2. but only do the lvl 2 ones if you want to progress to lvl 3. there is a cool down period for each quest but only that specific quest. you can do other quests from the same guy during cool down.
oh and one other thing i noticed is you can skin the boura without killing them, kinda like sheep.

ps: for the hunter quest I suggest not doing the ants and ambushers as they are very hard to find at times.
