Just an FYI, it's better to submit one question per post, because different team members are better suited to answer different types of questions, or we may choose not to answer all questions posted in a group.

are you planning to have some sort of regular communication with your player base like the FOF ect?...it has been pretty quiet lately from your end..
Well, this is the replacement for FoF. It is true we've been pretty quiet here over the holiday break. We're back now, though!

can we get some updated information on factions?, you had mentioned before that a new point system was going to be tested! ect, is it being tested and how are things looking? details??
It is still a work in progress. We are planning on putting it out on a publicly accessible test shard well before we are ready to publish it live, so everyone will have plenty of opportunity to see where we're taking it, give it a try, offer feedback, and ask questions about it. At that time, I'll post some general information about how it works, detailing what we expect the system to accomplish. There is more to come on this subject, so stay tuned.

are people posting questions that havnt been answered??
Yes. We do have quite a backlog of questions. We answer the ones we can and save some for later.

Many questions we get are asking about specific plans for content or systems that are not currently on our schedule. We generally avoid talking about future plans or what-ifs, except when we're actively working on something, so those kinds of questions tend to sit there in limbo...

A lot of posts are more suggestions than questions. All we can really answer those with is "we'll add that to the pile". :)
