Re-activated my account again, time to refresh my house!
I have a couple of questions and would appreciate some answers, I've been off long enough to think I cannot even move my character around properly.. LOL!
Along with re-activating I also upgraded to SA, although I'm still trying to decide why. It's what gave birth to the following questions though so without wasting more time, here..
1. Did Imbuing manage to stand toe-to-toe so to speak, with the good old Runic crafted suits and weapons? I am interested to see if it would be possible to rely on Imbuing to equip main characters.
2. Are Gargoyles any good as DEX/Melee characters or should I use Humans and Elves for my PVP needs?
3. Is Imbuing as repetitive and tiring to train manually as Blacksmithy?
4. Speedhack still here? PVP Tamers still here? What about dupes?
5. Do the new Dual Short Axes get a DI from Lumber? In fact what are they comparable to, and what are Glass Swords comparable to from the "classic" weapons? INfect/DoubleStrike and Mortal/Bleed seems like a very nice combination if you're comfortable with weapon switching. For example almost nothing in ML or SA managed to replace or even get close to the old UO weapons. The same goes for SA?
6. How's Stealth/Hide? Any improvements on the Passive Reveal problems?
7. How's Poisoning?
8. Still everyone relying on potions to survive mostly? No timers yet for Total Refresh/Cures?
10. I'm thinking of actually getting my money's worth for this re-activation and running a template with Hide/Stealth/Poison/Tact/Anat/Swords/Resist and relying on Imbuing to make the appropriate suit, allowing me to Leg the needed skills and still have full Dexxer mods.
11. How are the new Gargoyle arties? I read about them and some of their unique abilities sound quite amazing so I was wondering how they do in actual combat, PVM or PVP.
